Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have already been used.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  Before installing your wig/bundles, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the hair in its best condition, correct length and texture desired. If you received your order and there was a mistake please email us immediately. 

 We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, please report to us within 3-4 working days of receiving your unit. You will get store credit for a replacement or completely new product. If you do not contact us within this time frame, an exchange will not be granted.
